  • 1 cup of gramme flour or besan
  • 34 cups of roasted oats flour
  • Asafoetida in a pinch
  • 3/4 milligram carom seeds
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • ½ cup coriander leaves
  • sea salt to taste
  • 2 beetroots (grated or pureed)
  • 1 tsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tsp of Desi Ghee is used for cooking.

  • All ingredients, except the ghee, should be mixed well in a bowl.
  • Heat a Tawa and put ghee on it.
  • Pour a ladle of batter and spread it out like a crepe.
